Ryan Davis
About Ryan – I am an experienced home inspector with thousands of home inspections completed over the last several years, and I’m well-known for being informative and thorough. I am an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, AHIT Certified, Radon Measurement Certified, and hold several pest control licenses in KS and MO.
Prior to my full-time start in the business almost 6 years ago, I spent nearly a decade as a tech supervisor and infestation specialist for a local pest control company. There, I moonlighted earning my certifications and learning the business from one of KC’s best inspectors.
My wife and I have been married nearly 25 years and have 5 awesome children. When not working or spending time with my family, I like to get out on the lake and do some fishing or get out on the road and do some motorcycle riding with my brothers.

Archelon Inspection service was created by the Davis family after years of experience in property maintenance, building, and management by Ryan and Brandie Davis, and the completion of business degrees from Baker University by Brandon and Stephen Davis. Together along with support from our wonderful family we have combined to create a family owned business that is dedicated to treating our clients like family cause its all we know.

The Meaning Behind the Name
The name archelon is taken from the largest known turtle species recorded to the present date – a prehistoric turtle that once swam in the seas that covered what is now Kansas and most of Missouri. Due to an incident involving a turtle and a motorcycle Ryan’s brothers began to call him “turtle” It wasn’t long after that our family became known as the “Turtle Herd”
Fun Fact: A group of turtles is not actually called a herd of turtles but is actually a “bale” of turtles.
